We are excited to announce the launch of our new Employee Referral Bonus Program!
Our employees are our greatest asset, and we believe you are best positioned to identify talented individuals who will thrive in our company culture. This program is designed to reward you for helping us recruit and retain high-caliber talent for permanent positions within our organization.
Program Overview: A total bonus of $150 is available for each successful referral. The bonus is paid in two installments, provided both the referring employee and the new hire meet all eligibility requirements at the time of each payout.
Key Details:
Eligibility: All current, non-management employees are eligible to participate. Employees in hiring positions, such as Human Resources staff and managers, are excluded from this program.
Referral Requirements: The individual you refer must be a new hire for a permanent position. The candidate must not have been a former employee of the company within the last two years.
Bonus Payment Structure: The $150 bonus is split into two payments:
- First Payment: $75 will be paid after the new employee successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
- Second Payment: The remaining $75 will be paid after the new employee successfully completes 180 days of employment.
Conditions: The new employee must be in "good standing" and have a satisfactory review at the time of each payout. If the new employee leaves the company at any point during the 90-day or 180-day period, regardless of the reason, any remaining bonus payments are forfeited.
How to Refer Someone?
To ensure your referral is tracked correctly, the candidate must disclose your name both when completing their employment application and during their interview process. This is crucial for linking their application to your name and ensuring you receive the appropriate bonus.
